"Garima" explores the extreme boundaries of Kanyakumari, through the erstwhile Travancore state in Thiruvananthapuram. It includes the prominent Padmanabaswamy Temple on the West and Vivekananda Rock at the southernmost tip of Bharat. Lesser known ancient temples spread in between will also be covered in this tour. The program also includes multiple “Know your culture” sessions. Through these interactive sessions, guests get to know the science behind our rich temples, culture, rituals and tradition.

ITINERARY Night 1: Tuesday Participants arrive in Kanyakumari for registration, dinner, and to settle in for the program. Day 1: Wednesday The day begins with an early morning darshan at Nagercoil Nagaraja Temple. After breakfast, we visit Suchindram Thanumalaya Swamy Temple. Next, we explore the sacred Kanyakumari Amman Temple and take a ferry to Vivekananda Rock, followed by lunch. In the afternoon, we visit the Agasthya Lopamudra temple and Vandimalachi Amman shrine. The evening is spent relaxing in nature back in Kanyakumari, resting or enjoying a walk to nearby waterfalls. Day 2: Thursday We start the day at the ancient Shree Padmanabaswamy Kshetra, steeped in mystery and lore, in Thiruvananthapuram. Afterward, we seek blessings at Attukal Bhagavathy's shrine on the banks of Killi River. After spending time at Thycaud Ayya Swamikal's Samadhi, we have lunch at Kovalam Beach. The day concludes with darshan at Azhimala Shiva Temple and sunset in Kanyakumari. Day 3: Friday The morning starts at Thirparappu Mahadevar Temple and waterfalls. After breakfast, we proceed to Thiruvattar Adikesava Perumal Temple. Following lunch, we begin our first "Know Your Culture" session. The day continues with visits to Mouna Guru Samadhi, Mandaikadu Bhagavathy Temple, and Manavai, home to the Samadhi of Manavai Siddhar. The day ends with Arathi at Mutharamman Temple. Day 4: Saturday The day begins with darshan at Kumarakovil and Melancode Amman Temple. After breakfast, we explore the historic Padmanabha Palace. Lunch is followed by another "Know Your Culture" session. In the afternoon, we visit Thirunandhikarai Temple and the Cave Temple. After dinner, we dive into an insightful session titled "Rituals: Birth to Death." Day 5: Sunday The morning starts with a visit to Kollengode Bhagavathy Amman Temple, followed by breakfast. We then head to the ancient Chitharal Hill Temple. After lunch and a final "Know Your Culture" session, we enjoy a nature walk and visit Manasekharam Vishnu Temple. Dinner is followed by a concluding session on "Rituals: Birth to Death," closing our journey together.
